We encountered several medical studies requiring bulk loads of data during its research period. Nowadays many researchers still use Excel, acces, SPSS or even paper files to store the data gathered. Not only are these methods very sensitive to human errors, but time consuming as well. And that is where we come in. We construct web based databases that store your data in customized forms. This will provide you unlimited possibilities concerning the design of your database. Furthermore our databases provide you with real time statistics that enable you to easily remain up to date on your study's progress.

The databases we provide store patient information. Forms can be added to the database to store information regarding your study from each patiënt. There are many advantages of our database solution compared to the use of paperfiles ,excel or acces. Our databases are stored in one location and accessible through the internet. Aanpak

Upon learning of your interest in our services our first priority will be to evaluate your research query.
Subsequently we will inquire as to the form in which you would prefer to have the data presented. Possible options include a case record form and an evaluation form among others.
We will then present you with an estimate of our fee based on the estimated workload for your case, after which we will await your decision whether or not to employ our services. Should you wish to do so we will then proceed to enter the results of our first exchange into a preliminary database allowing you to dynamically monitor your query. You will be able to access this preliminary database online during a trial phase. During our second exchange we will discuss any modifications to this database that you feel are necessary in order to meet your needs. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a custom-made database containing the queries that are specific to your case. As our fee is always specific to each individual case we cannot provide you with an estimate until after having thoroughly assessed your needs during our first exchange.
